PADDLE FEST is the Rotary Club of Toronto's marathon canoe race. All paddling and dragon boat races start (from 10am) and finish at Speers Point Park. From 7am you can buy egg and bacon rolls for breakfast and there is a barbecue lunch. Plus there's live music, trade exhibits and carnival amusements.
SHOW off your wheels at Canteen's Annual Central Coast Show 'n' Shine. The car show is open to all makes and models ($15 entry fee) with more than 35 trophies to win. Presentation at 3pm. There are also food stalls, a trade show and charity auction. Opposite Homemakers Supa Centre, Bryant Drive Tuggerah. JETS fans can watch tonight's A-League grand final at the United Sports Club, in Adamstown. Adamstown Oval is also open to crowds with radio 1233 ABC being broadcast for the game and you can stick around for the post-match celebration and countdown for our team's return.THE circus is in town! Have fun under the big top at the new Weber's Circus, and experience a touch of South America. See salsa dancing and circus acts including the wheel of death, high wire walking and trapeze. Also: miniature horses and performing dogs. Two shows today, at Richardson Park, Hamilton North.
